Chennai 18th January 2021: Bengaluru’s largest Andhra restaurant chain, Nandhana Palace today announced the launch of its first restaurant and banquet hall in Chennai. Indulging delicious spicy Andhra treats in 15 outlets of Bengaluru city for more than 30 years, the opening of its new restaurant in Egattur of Rajiv Gandhi Salai (OMR), near Marina Mall, brings the celebrating essence of Andhra food in Chennai.

The new restaurant was inaugurated by Sri K.T. Venkatesan and Sri. K.T. Srinivasa Raja, Managing Directors, Adyar Ananda Bhavan Sweets India P Ltd. Ceremonial lighting of lamp was performed by Film Actress Smt. Suhasini Manirathnam and Film Producer Smt. Pushpa Kandaswamy. Smt. Chamundeshwari and Sri. Ramesh, Landlord and Sr. Subhash Chandra, Chairman & Managing Director, Sangeetha Mobiles graced the occasion as the Chief Guests.

In Nandhana Palace, the restaurant features the traditional Andhra cuisine with irresistible spicy aroma and the earthy strong flavours of Andhra served on desi banana leaf. The restaurant brings to Chennai the three essential ingredients in Andhra cuisine – Red Chilli, tamarind and gongura and the state’s most famous, Avakai, the green mango chutney which is the hottest part of Andhra food.
